1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Wewetzer Services LTD: Dana Wewetzer (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Students") that are concluded via the website. Cypriot law shall apply.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- For group courses, the contract is concluded by booking a course via the website or email. A separate confirmation from the Provider is not required.
- For individual lessons, a separate contract is established between the Provider and the Student, detailing the specific conditions.
3. Services Provided by the Provider
- The Provider offers online German language lessons for groups and individuals via platforms such as Zoom.
- The content of the lessons is tailored to the needs of the Students and will be agreed upon in advance with the Provider.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are made via bank transfer. PayPal will be offered as a payment method in the future.
- For group courses, the course fee is due immediately unless an installment payment plan has been agreed upon.
- Installment payments are limited to a maximum of 3-4 months. Early termination of the contract does not release the Student from the obligation to pay the remaining installments unless an exception is granted by the Provider.
- In case of non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to exclude the Student from further course sessions.
- Individual lessons are invoiced monthly in advance.
5. Withdrawal and Cancellations
- Group courses can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the course begins. After this period, the full course fee will be charged.
- Individual lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellation is only possible by mutual agreement.
- Delays of at least 10 minutes are considered a no-show, and the lesson will be forfeited without the right to a replacement.
6. Minimum Participant Requirement
If the minimum number of participants for a group course is not met, the full course fee will be refunded.
7. Liability
- The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
- The Provider accepts no responsibility for technical issues on the part of the Students (e.g., unstable internet connection) during online sessions.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Cypriot law applies.
2. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office in Cyprus.
